Care instructions

Your Delvaux has been completely covered in crystal rhinestones. The best craftsmen in the world have put all their skill and know-how at the service of these unique masterpieces.
To preserve the timeless beauty of your handbag, we recommend that you take the following steps:

  • First of all, if your Delvaux should be damaged in any way, please take it to one of our boutiques or contact our customer support.

  • Store your Delvaux in its original dust bag and fill it with tissue paper to preserve its shape.

  • Take care not to overfill your Delvaux as this could permanently damage its shape.

  • Avoid contact with oils, greases, perfumes, and cosmetics.

  • If the leather gets wet, dry it gently by dabbing it with a soft, clean cloth to prevent staining.

  • Avoid direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight and heat to prevent discoloration.

  • For light leathers, avoid contact with dark-colored garments and vice versa, as dye transfer may occur.

  • Metal parts acquire a patina over time. All metal parts may be gently cleaned with a soft, dry, non-abrasive cloth.

  • Do not use Delvaux's 'First Care' range on your Delvaux as it is not suitable for this leather.
